Welcome to Barons Rentals. By accessing our website (baronsrentals.com) or booking our luxury car rental services in Abuja, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Rental Conditions

• Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License or an International Driving Permit.
• Verification: Barons Rentals reserves the right to verify all personal details provided, including phone numbers and identity documents, prior to confirming a booking.

2. Chauffeur & Executive Services

For high-end and executive transport, Barons Rentals provides professional chauffeurs. While our drivers are experts in navigating Abuja traffic, we are not liable for delays caused by unexpected VIP convoy movements, road closures, or force majeure events.

3. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

To maintain the “Barons Standard” of luxury, the following rules apply to all vehicles:

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A specialized cleaning fee will apply for violations.
• Prohibited Use: Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, off-road racing, or sub-leasing to third parties.
• Geographic Limits: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, vehicles are restricted to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and its immediate environs.

4. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Booking Deposit: A commitment fee is required to secure premium vehicles for specific dates.
• Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours
